All UK orders are sent securely in plain
packaging using Royal Mail 1st Class
Special
Delivery. Deliveries to overseas
destinations are normally via
Airsure Airmail.

refunds on returned
goods can only
accepted if they are
carefully repacked
before being
returned and are
still in a new
condition: ie; not
creased, worn or
used. Please contact
us BEFORE returning
any item for a
returns number. All
exchanges must
include postage. We
can take no
responsibility for
goods returned
without a valid
returns number. In
any case, please contact us and we will
endeavour to help sort out any problem
you may encounter.

exchanged if they
show signs of a
fault in
manufacture. All
goods are thoroughly
checked prior to
posting. We cannot
accept goods
returned later than
7 days (UK) and 14
days (elsewhere)
from date of
posting.
